A Lagos firm that tells you
early when not to sue

We act for businesses and families across Lagos and the South West. Before anything is filed, you get a written view of your position, what it is likely to cost and how long the courts will realistically take. Sometimes that advice is to settle.

What we do

Practice areas

Filter by the kind of work you need. If your matter falls outside these areas we will say so at the first meeting and, where we can, point you to a firm that handles it.

Consultations

Pick a time that works

Choose a day and an open slot below, then leave your details. Consultations run for forty-five minutes, in chambers or over video, and the first one is free of charge.

Struck-through times are already taken. All times are West Africa Time (WAT).

Before you come

What to bring

  • Any agreement, allocation letter, deed or correspondence that relates to the dispute
  • For land matters: survey plan, deed of assignment and evidence of payment
  • For company matters: CAC documents, resolutions and the shareholders' agreement
  • For employment: letter of engagement, query letters and the termination letter
  • A short written timeline of events, even a handwritten one, saves us half the session
  • A means of identification, which we are required to record for onboarding
